No. Tools such as yum can be used to update an existing Fedora installation. The Re-Spins are only useful when performing a fresh installation or upgrade.
All of the updates included in the Re-Spins are available through yum or other update tools in Fedora. Unless you intend to perform new installations, you do not need the Re-Spins. It is also possible, but beyond the scope of this FAQ, to update an older Fedora installation using Re-Spin media.
